What is my role?

Key Account Manager for Poland is a part of Sales & Marketing team located in our Warsaw office. Reporting to Poland,CEE,CIS & Balkans Cluster Leader , he/she takes the sales lead on existing customer’s and new prospects. He/she acts as a growth engine, empowered by Channel, Technical Support, Marketing, Insides Sales and Partners resources to meet assigned targets. He/She is responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership by creating and maintaining sales opportunity as well as order forecast accuracy.

 

What am I responsible for?

  • You build a strong relationship with new & existing end customers & Business Partners.
  • You create & maintain end customer’s relationships on all levels,
  • You are gaining market share with New Logos
  • You collaborate with other team members (channel, support, marketin, inside sales) to achieve your goals
  • You sell projects with focus on Networking and Cloud portfolio.
  • You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded
  • You maintain the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise branding in the Key Accounts by the creation of references with end customers and helping Business Partners turn their customer relationship into long-term partnership.
  • You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives

As a Key Account Manager, you are an ambassador for our company and all local team will help you to be successful.

Am I the right person for this position?

You define yourself as salesperson with a strong focus on "making the difference”? You are self-started with high level of autonomy? You look for a new challenge where you could show your skills through translation of product features into end customer value?  

With minimum 3 years of experience in IT sector, you have proven track record of successful sales in the Data Center/Networking/Cloud Industry with Key Accounts. You have successfully completed formal training in Sales techniques or equal by hunting new business experience. You can leverage your knowledge of the Polish IT market with existing relationships. You are professional with working proficiency in Polish and English, other CEE languages as advantage.
