What is my role?
Key Account Manager for Poland is a part of the Sales & Marketing team located in our Warsaw office. Reporting to the Emerging Europe & CIS region, he/she takes the lead in hunting new business opportunities, driving sales efforts with new prospects. He/she acts as a growth engine, empowered by Channel, Technical Support, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Partners resources to meet assigned targets. He/She is responsible for customer engagement, sales case ownership by creating and maintaining sales opportunities, as well as order forecast accuracy.
What am I responsible for?
- You can identify and target potential new accounts through various channels.
- You have a deep understanding of the Polish market, IT industry trends, and competitive landscape, enabling you to identify opportunities and tailor approaches effectively.
- You possess at least 5 years of experience in IT sales, gaining new logos in the Polish market.
- You have the skill in crafting compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients and address their specific needs
- You have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- You can develop and execute strategic plans for account acquisition, including segmentation and prioritization of target accounts
- You present a relentless approach to prospecting and following up with potential clients
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions
- You collaborate with other team members (channel, support, marketing, inside sales) to achieve your goals
- You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded
- You maintain the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise branding in the Key Accounts by creating references with end customers and helping Business Partners turn their customer relationship into a long-term partnership.
- You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector, you have a proven track record of successful sales in the Data Center/Networking/Cloud Industry. You have completed formal training in sales techniques or equivalent through hunting for new business experience. You can leverage your knowledge of the Polish IT market with existing relationships. You are a professional with working proficiency in Polish and English.
