The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible as an individual contributor for driving the start-to-finish execution of marketing initiatives within targeted budget parameters. Accountable to build brand awareness, brand preference over competitors and focus on generating leads and pipe to support healthy sales pipeline and in-year revenue goals. The Field Marketing Manager will manage and report results including return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.  

Field Marketing responsibilities: 

  • Manage and provide ideas/actions to support generating pipeline via telemarketing efforts, partner marketing as well as any needed Marketing action
  • She/He will serve as the voice of the field, providing local requirements to ensure successful Marketing actions on the field and share best practices.  
  • She/He is also responsible to ensure internal awareness of all initiatives with sales and business development teams.  
  • Define and drive execution of regional integrated marketing plan tactics and go-to-market initiatives to create demand with target audiences/markets and accelerate pipeline: Initiatives include trade shows, virtual events, road shows, digital marketing programs, demand generation campaigns and creation of case studies/references.  
  • Support, work & align with the sales team to make sure that all the field marketing actions are valid and will have an impact on the ALE Brand as well as on the day-to-day business
  • Flexibility & adaptability
  • Innovative and creative thinker who takes initiative to propose out-of-the-box ideas to enhance the ALE brand within their operating cluster
  • Manage sales communications to ensure engagement.  
  • Provide regional support for global programs and localization of content (tailored for Strategic Industries & Partnerships or Key Accounts).  
  • Take initiative to think out of the box and bring new ideas to support the enhance of ALE brand in the cluster where she/he is operating
  • Leverage central marketing programs, tailoring for local market when it makes sense and adapt it to local context.
  • Build a relevant & solid Marketing plan for the Cluster she/he will be in charge of, to support the business.
  • Foster the sharing of best practices.
  • Manage and track program budget, comparing actual vs. forecast, while overseeing KPI performance and RoI reporting to ensure optimal results across all initiatives.
  • From 3 to maximum 5 years marketing and communications experience including budget management and field marketing experience.  
  • Experience in working closely with sales community with clear track record on ROI
  • Experience in ICT sector highly welcome.  
  • Experience working with and supporting external partners on co-marketing activities will be a real plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.  
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Native Polish speaker, good level of written and spoken professional English plus any relevant additional language will be a plus i.e. Russian, Serbian, Czech.
  • Ability to travel and manage live events, as necessary within the country.
