What is my role?

As Key Account Manager in Norway, you will sell Alcatel-Lucent Products and Services to existing and new Accounts through an Indirect Sales Model.

Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions.

Your mission is developing End customers with our Partners to maximize the value being delivered to them.

Your goal is the acquisition of new customers and gaining market share. Focus market is Norway.  

What am I responsible for?

  • You build a strong relationship with new & existing end customers & Business Partners.
  • You create & maintain end customer relationships on all levels, IT, Procurement, Management, CxO level.
  • You will work with your assigned verticals being the expert in the market.
  • You prospect and main goal it’s the acquisition of New Logos.
  • You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded, the Key Account Manager implements the sales strategy.
  • You collaborate in order for existing Clients  to be maintained and developed to a Network & Cloud product portfolio.
  • You sell Converged portfolio & Cloud to new accounts in the Key accounts.
  • You ensure the strong focus on creating new business, the Key Account Manager knows and has experience with sales instruments to create pipeline (Salesforce knowledge is a +).
  • You maintain the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise branding in the Key Account market by the creation of references with end customers to help Business Partners turn their customer relationship into long-term partnership.
  • You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives, an accurate business plan and reporting is mandatory.
  • You Expertise and Experience in dealing with mid and large accounts at senior IT- and business level in The Nordics is a plus.

As a Key Account Manager you are an ambassador for our company.

With medium experience in our IT sector,  you have proven track record of successful sales in the Data/Networking/Cloud Industry with Key Accounts, you have completed formal training in Sales techniques or equal by hunting new business experience. You can leverage your Knowledge of the Nordic IT market with existing relationships

With a great ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify key influencers and decision makers, through the Commercial focus and negotiation skills.

Professional working proficiency in Norwegian and English, other languages are highly appreciated.
