What is my role?

As Key Account Manager with focus on Vertical Healthcare market in South of Germany, you are selling Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise products and services to existing Key Accounts and develop those accounts through partners in indirect sales model to maximize the value being delivered to them. To gain further market share in Germany South you will heavy a big focused on acquisition of new customers and therefore presence in South of Germany is mandatory to build a reliable network of customers, partners and consultants. Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, you will collaborate closely with our Channel Sales, Presales and Marketing Teams.

What am I responsible for?

  • You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded while implementing the sales strategy defined by sales management
  • You sell converged portfolio & cloud to existing and new accounts in the transportation market
  • You build a strong relationship with Partners’ Sales Representatives
  • You know and have experience with sales instruments to create pipeline to ensure the strong focus on creating new business
  • You maintain the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise branding in the healthcare market and by creating end customer references you support our Business Partners turn their customer relationship into long-term partnership
  • You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives - an accurate business plan and reporting is mandatory
  • You are an expert and experienced in dealing with mid and large accounts at senior IT- and business level executives

With at least 7 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Networking Industry with Key Accounts you have a proven track record of successful sales. You have completed formal training in Sales techniques or equal by hunting new business experience.

With solid Knowledge of the Healthcare market, with existing relationships you will increase Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise market presence.

With a great ability to network within a customer and partner organization you identify key influencers and decision makers,.

You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
