Sales Operations/State Contract Specialist Intern

Managing State Contracts – PEPPM, Texas DIR, New York OGS, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Georgia DOT, Florida DOT
Manage small and ‘pop-up’ projects as requested from Sales Ops Lead
Assist pricing manager
Ad-Hoc Projects as needed
Daily tasks:
- Monitor State Contract Price Lists; update as needed.
- Correspond with Contract Contacts as questions/issues arise.
- Assist Regional Directors and Account directors as needed for sales utilizing state contract.
- Submit & review special pricing requests
Monthly tasks:
- Report sales for all contracts based on specific state contract requirement.
- Certify state contract price lists.
- Report sales and send required fees per the contract.
- Correspond with ALE partners for sales reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, PPT and MS Project
- Organization & time management skills
- Clear written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities at one time
- Internet Savvy
- Familiar with Salesforce, bonus but not required
Hourly employee with maximum of 29 hours per week. Salary range: $18.00-20.00 per hour. Position is remote.
