Responsibilities
- Assist principal validation engineer in daily activity
- Open problem reports and timely track the issues under the guidance of the principal validation engineer
- Conducting manual, semi-automated, and automated tests to validate the product, debug scripts, and troubleshoot switch problems.
- Help in setting up the labs
- Distributing lab equipment(ALE and non-ALE product)
- Mounting/Unmounting equipment on the rack for testbed(ALE and non-ALE product)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Data communication networks which includes Layer-2/Layer-3 protocols is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of OS such as Windows and Linux
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS office product
- Experience in a scripting language such as python.
- Ability to work on-site in Thousand Oaks, CA.
- Excellent communication skills
Hourly range $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with maximum of 29 hours per week.
