  • What is my role?

    As Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You play a crucial role in our organizations to distribute and sell our products and services to the reseller landscape.

    Reporting to the Channel Reseller team, you will collaborate closely with a team of Channel Sales Manager. Your mission is to act as a bridge between our company and our channel partners.

    Your goal is to drive revenue growth by leveraging the partner network effectively. With your strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills you foster successful partnerships and meet business objectives.

     

    What am I responsible for?

  • You identify and recruit suitable channel partners based on their expertise, market coverage, and alignment with the company's goals and values.

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.

  • You provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the company's products or services.

  • You collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans. This involves creating strategies, forecasting sales volumes, and monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

  • You monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement. This includes measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting business reviews, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

  • You address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners. This requires effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to maintain healthy channel relationships.

  • You stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • You coordinate with various internal departments, such as marketing, product management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of channel programs and initiatives.

     

    Am I the right person for this position?

    You define yourself as someone who is structured, hands on, communicative and with a strong favor for IT ?  You look for a job where you could motivate people, build long term relation ships, challenge yourself byhunt for new customer and partner?

    You have completed a degree in IT, Electrical Engenieering or a comparable vocational training. Furthermore, with about 5 years of experience in the ICT industry, preferably in a channel environment, you have proven references? Solid accountability for developing and implementing business strategies is your strenghten ? You are highly identified with the values « speed and agility, customer centricity and reliability » ?

    You are Team orientated, collaborative and you have a long term, committed and energetic approach to challenges ?

    You are native German speaking and your English is fluent ?
