Quel est mon rôle ?

Le département Consolidation et Reporting est en charge de la production des comptes consolidés du groupe ALE (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) à des fins d’analyse de l’activité, de communication aux actionnaires et aux partenaires externes.

Vous rejoindrez la Direction Financière Corporate d’un groupe dynamique et en pleine expansion internationale. Ce poste constitue une opportunité unique de mieux comprendre les activités de l’entreprise, d’être au cœur de la production et de la communication de l’information financière, tout en acquérant une visibilité de premier plan.

Quelles sont mes responsabilités ?

Vous aurez pour missions :

• La consolidation mensuelle des comptes d’environ 20 entités dans le monde
• La production des états financiers consolidés annuels en normes IFRS et PRC GAAP (normes chinoises proches de l’IFRS) avec le package de reporting détaillé
• Le support aux questions des commissaires aux comptes lors de l’audit annuel
• L’accompagnement de l’évolution de l’outil de consolidation (Tagetik) et le support aux utilisateurs
• La contribution à des analyses ponctuelles

Vous serez également amené(e) à travailler avec les différents services de la fonction Finance (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, audit interne…). Vous serez assisté(e) d'un analyste financier qui connaît bien l'outil de consolidation Tagetik.

Suis-je la bonne personne pour ce poste ?

De formation supérieure de type école de commerce ou 3ème cycle en Finance / Audit, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le cadre d’audit des comptes consolidés IFRS au sein d’un grand cabinet d’audit (Big 4), ou d’une équipe de Consolidation dans un groupe.

Vous avez une solide connaissance des normes IFRS et êtes à l’aise dans Excel et PowerPoint.

Evoluant dans un environnement international vous avez un bon niveau de français et d’anglais, autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

La connaissance de Tagetik serait un plus.

Vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité de communication et de synthèse, d’un esprit d’équipe fort et d’une aptitude à travailler en mode projet.
Votre sens de l’anticipation, votre rigueur et votre capacité d’adaptation vous permettront de vous réaliser dans un environnement dynamique et évolutif.
Votre curiosité intellectuelle et votre esprit d’initiative seront des atouts pour participer à des missions variées et motivantes.

What is my role ?

The Consolidation and Reporting department is in charge of producing the consolidated financial statements of the ALE group (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) for the purpose of business analysis and communication to shareholders and external partners.

You will join the Corporate Finance Department of a dynamic and rapidly expanding international group. This position provides a unique opportunity to better understand the company's activities, to be at the heart of the production and communication of financial information, while acquiring first-rate visibility.

What am I responsible for ?

You will be responsible for

• the monthly consolidation of the accounts of around 20 entities worldwide
• the production of the annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and PRC GAAP (Chinese GAAP similar to IFRS) with the detailed reporting package
• support for questions from the statutory auditors during the annual audit
• support for the evolution of the consolidation tool (Tagetik) and support for users
• contribution to ad hoc analyses

As part of your work, you will work with the various departments of the Finance function (accounting, management control, internal audit, etc.). You will be assisted by a financial analyst who knows the consolidation tool Tagetik.

Am I the right person for this?

With a higher education level such as a business school or a postgraduate degree in Finance / Audit, you have at least 5 years’s relevant professional experience as part of an IFRS consolidated accounts audit with a major audit firm (Big 4) or in the consolidation team in a company.

 You have a solid knowledge of IFRS and are comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint.

 Evolving in an international environment you have a solid knowledge of French and English, written and spoken.

 Knowledge of Tagetik would be a plus.

 You have good communication and synthesis skills, strong team spirit and the ability to work in a project mode.

 Your sense of anticipation, attention to detail and your ability to adapt will allow you to achieve your potential in a dynamic and evolving environment.

 Your intellectual curiosity and initiative will be an asset to participate in varied and motivating missions.
