What’s My Role?
In collaboration with the EBC Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality visit experience to our customers.
As an Event Assistant for the meeting spaces and showroom of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC), you will report to the EBC Manager and support the organization of each visit.
Based in Colombes, ALE’s global headquarters, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, international executives, and external vendors.
Your Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing customer/partner visits and events, including:
- Being the primary point of contact and assisting visitors throughout their stay
- Coordinating internal and external visits, including scheduling, logistics, internal speakers, and suppliers
- Handling EBC administrative tasks such as quotes, purchase requests, and managing visit interfaces (Salesforce.com, Trello, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Managing reception areas: scheduling, preparing and setting up meeting rooms before and after visits (catering, supplies, goodies)
- Overseeing the operational aspects of the EBC: signage, safety checks, maintenance, inventory management, and resetting meeting rooms and lounge areas
Am I the right person for the job?
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and you are capable of handling urgent situations and taking initiative
- You have outstanding written and spoken communication skills in both French and English (fluency is required; additional languages are a plus)
- You enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment
- You are organized, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong coordination and planning skills
- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office (Salesforce.com is a plus)
- You are available to work full-time, on-site in Colombes 5 days a week
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination and/or customer service (hospitality), you're looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and international setting. Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.
