As part of our continued transformation, we are looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure to lead our global infrastructure organization and drive the next stage of operational maturity.
Context
Over the past years, the company has successfully executed a major move to the cloud, with most of our infrastructure now hosted in AWS environments.
A continuous rationalization program is ongoing to simplify, standardize, and optimize our technical landscape.
More recently, our IT Service Management (ITSM) function has been re-internalized to regain control, improve service quality, and strengthen operational governance.
We are now entering a new phase focused on resilience, efficiency, and strategic control.
Role overview
Reporting to senior IT leadership, you will define and execute the infrastructure strategy to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency across all IT services worldwide.
You will lead a hybrid operating model combining outsourced services and an international internal team of approximately 15 professionals.
Key responsibilities
• Full ownership of the company’s data network infrastructure
• Global oversight of enterprise communication systems
• Management of hosting environments, primarily within AWS
• Leadership of End User Computing services for 2,000+ users across ~20 sites
• Strengthening resilience and business continuity across all IT services
• Acceleration of infrastructure rationalization and standardization initiatives
• Optimization and governance of outsourcing partners and service providers
• Definition of infrastructure roadmap aligned with company strategy
• Service performance monitoring, SLA management, and cost control
• Close collaboration with cybersecurity, applications, and business stakeholders
Strategic challenges
• Increase service resilience and reliability across the full infrastructure stack
• Drive further simplification and rationalization of platforms and vendors
• Improve governance and performance of external partners
• Build a sustainable, scalable infrastructure model supporting business growth
Profile
• Strong leadership experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
• Deep expertise in networking, AWS cloud, communications systems, and EUC
• Proven experience managing international teams and outsourcing models
• Strategic mindset combined with operational rigor
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• B.E degree/ MBA and 15 years + relevant experience in leadership positions.
